Who is Tim Frazier?
The oldest of 9 children, I grew up a shy, sheltered kid in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with a very unpleasant upbringing. Music always was the constant light in the darkness that was my childhood. It was my first passion and also brought me out of my shell. In 2008, I started entertaining crowds at all types of events as a DJ. That passion hasn't faded one bit and I would love to bring that passion to your next big event. I started Energy Wave Entertainment to use my passion for music as a way to help make memorable events for all my clients while also upgrading the event industry.

Energy Wave Entertainment is a premier mobile DJ and entertainment service. Owned and operated by Tim Frazier. Conveniently based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We serve all of Iowa and the surrounding states. We would love to be the DJ of your next event.

It is not a coincidence that we are named Energy Wave Entertainment. We believe what sets our services apart from other entertainment services is the energy and passion that we infuse into our shows and performances. Not every party needs to have the highest energy imaginable, but it does need to match the energy of the client's vision. That's where we come in!
What We Offer....
We pride ourselves on our versatility. From weddings to corporate events, to birthday/private parties to bar/club gigs, we can provide a tailored, customized experience for you and your guests, playing music and/or video from any genre or any decade dating back to the 1950's. We have also done concerts, school dances, sock hops, and conventions to name just a few. There is no party too big or venue too small for Energy Wave Entertainment!
We have up-to-date, professional sound and lighting! We are always looking to upgrade with the next piece of gear to take our shows to the next level. We also believe aesthetics is a huge part of delivering top quality services, so hiding cables and having a very clean set-up is a priority.
